For Referring Professionals

For referring professionals, your reputation with your client is valuable and essential for maintaining your ongoing work with them. Finding a reputable attorney to address your clients’ estate planning and probate needs can be difficult, especially when you are searching outside of your normal geographic area. It is important to know the people you work with have your clients’ best interests at heart, and will help you maintain your relationship and your reputation with your client.

Harrison Estate Law, P.A., is proud of the reputation we have built among attorneys and other referring professionals for representing our clients in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate Conflicts, and Asset Protection. We value the working relationships we have built with referring attorneys, accountants, and other financial professionals. We understand how hard it can be to develop and maintain a long-term relationship with clients, and we know how important it is that the people you refer to treat your clients well.

For Referring Attorneys

Attorney referrals are a key part of our business at Harrison Estate Law, P.A. In selecting a referring attorney, you need to be confident in that firm’s knowledge and ability to represent your clients. We respect the relationship you have formed with your clients, and will work with our referral partners, acting as co-counsel or providing additional advice, to complement, rather than compete with, the services they offer. We are able to pay referral fees to Florida attorneys in accordance with the Florida Bar rules, and will happily work with you and your firm to provide probate and trust administration for attorneys who are unable to represent their clients themselves.

For Referring Accountants

Referring accountants need to protect your client’s financial interests and assets. You develop a fiduciary relationship with your clients, which may often require working with an estate and probate attorney to fully effectuate their plans for their financial future. We can assist your clients in creating an estate plan, executing beneficiary designations, and properly funding their trusts all of which will ensure that your clients are able to enact their intended financial plans after they are gone.

For Referring Financial Professionals

Referring financial professionals often depend on the attorneys to whom you refer to provide your clients the legal advice you yourself are unable to provide. We can serve as legal advisors for referring professionals who need attorneys to support and contextualize your financial advice. We value your long-term fiduciary relationship with your clients. We can prepare the necessary documentation for your clients’ estate planning and trust needs, and can represent them in defending their interests in Florida probate court. We will work with you to hone your clients’ financial plans and do the work to help them carry them out.
